A minimum balance of ৳300 is required to make a withdrawal. The withdrawal method must match your deposit method — for example, if you deposited via Mobile Pay, you must withdraw to Mobile Pay.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, any wagers placed will be refunded.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a technical issue, the round may be voided.
